The Bureau of the Congress of Deputies (PSOE, CiU, Izquierda Unida) accepts the proposal to amend the Statute submitted by the Parliament of Catalonia and agrees to process it as a statutory amendment, despite votes against it by the representatives of Mariano Rajoy’s Partido Popular, who believe that it is actually a constitutional reform and should be processed as such.
