Breaches:
Puigdemont becomes President of Catalonia with the votes of JxSi and eight votes from the CUP-CC after an agreement in extremis given the CUP-CC’s refusal to invest Artur Mas. The other groups (Ciudadanos, PSC, CSQP and PP) vote against the investiture. The next day, Puigdemont appoints the ministers. Oriol Junqueras, president of ERC, is appointed vice-president and economic advisor. Regarding the other ministries, CDC will keep Presidency (Neus Munté), Enterprise (Jordi Baiget), Territory (Josep Rull), Education (Meritxell Ruiz), Culture (Santi Vila), Interior (Jordi Jané) and Governance (Meritxell Borràs); and ERC will cover Foreign Affairs (Raül Romeva), Labor and Social Affairs (Dolors Bassa), Agriculture (Meritxell Serret), Health (Toni Comín) and Justice (Carles Mundó).
