Breaches:
The Policia Nacional apparently obtained the data on 26 October 2017, when it intercepted the Mossos d’Esquadra van in an incineration plant in Snat Adrià del Besós, as ordered by the judge of the National Hight Court Carmen Lamela. The list, included in an excel file, includes the names, national ID numbers and email of the 53,000 members of the Assemblea Nacional Catalana on 2017. According to the official version, the Mossos d’Esquadra had obtained the information through an informer that wanted to sell the information. The Mossos did not accept to buy the information but found it on a memory card on him when he tried to destroy it.
