The Attorney General of the Spain convenes a Board of Prosecutors in response to the refusal of the Senior Public Prosecutor of Catalonia to file a complaint against those responsible for the 9 November consultation to rule it inappropriate

José María Romero de Tejada has the support of the Senior Public Prosecutor’s Office of Catalonia, which issued a report opposing the filing of a complaint against the government for organising the consultation on 9 November, as requested by the Attorney General of Spain Torres-Dulce. The clash occurs on 19 November, when the Spanish Prosecutor’s Office supports Torres-Dulce.
