The Central Electoral Board calls on the Provincial Board of Barcelona to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Catalunya Ràdio after attending to appeals by the PP in relation to two editorial comments by Mònica Terribaswhich the Central Electoral Board considers ‘biased and partisan.’ The Provincial Board had previously dismissed the PP’s appeals.
