The Partido Popular submits a proposal to the Congress of Deputies to hold a referendum throughout Spain on the reform of the Statute of Catalonia

Breaches:

The motion in Congress is accompanied by more than 4 million signatures. The question that Mariano Rajoy’s PP is proposing for the referendum on the Statute is ‘Do you consider it appropriate that Spain continue to be a single nation in which all its citizens are equal in rights and obligations, as well as in access to public benefits?’
