Supreme Court judge Pablo Llarena dismisses the appeals made by Jordi Sànchez and Joaquim Forn against the ruling made on 12 January ordering the Parliament to establish vote delegation mechanisms, and denying them permission to attend the plenary session for the investiture. He has also denies permission to Oriol Junqueras who had joined the appeal.
