The trial of the singer Pablo Hasél is held at the National High Court

Breaches:



The singer is on trial at the National HIgh Court for the alleged crime of glorification of terrorism following his songs about the actions and members of GRAPO and ETA, among others. The Prosecutor’s Office is asking for two years in prison for the crimes, while Hasél appeals to his creative freedom as an artist. On 1 April he is sentenced to two years in prison, and Hasél appeals the sentence to the Supreme Court.
