A mechanic from Reus is being sued for not repairing a National Police car in his car workshop

Breaches:

A Mossos d’Esquadra officer reports the mechanic Jordi Perelló for an alleged crime of inciting hatred for having refused to service a car belonging to a National Police officer, in a sign of protest against the police violence during the 1 October referendum. The Mosso d’Esquadra who filed the complaint is the agent’s partner. The police summons the mechanic to testify at the police station, but he adheres to his right to remain silent and the case is sent to the courts.
