Appeal of unconstitutionality against the declaration of the independence process

Breaches:



The Spanish government submits an appeal of unconstitutionality against the declaration of the start of the independence process approved by the Parliament of Catalonia. The Constitutional Court convenes an extraordinary plenary session where it agrees to hear the appeal involving the automatic suspension of the declaration. The court also warns 21 people, including the acting president Artur Mas and the president of Parliament Carme Forcadell, of the possible consequences if they do not comply with the resolution.
