Breaches:
The Spanish parties Ciudadans, PSC and PP submit appeals to the Constitutional Court against the Bureau of Parliament’s decision to proceed with the proposed resolution submitted by Junts pel Sí and the CUP – CC. C’s and PP ask that the deliberation and voting on the resolution scheduled for 9 November be provisionally suspended. The Constitutional Court includes the appeals in the agenda of the court plenary session set for the following day, where it will add them to the proceeding but reject the precautionary suspension.
