Forcadell’s appeal for protection in relation to the recusal of Llarena is not accepted

Breaches:

The Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court unanimously decides to reject the appeal for protection presented by Carme Forcadell against the Supreme Court’s decision not to proceed with the recusal of Pablo Llarena, the investigating judge in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum. The appeal had initially been accepted for consideration, but the court now decides not to admit it because all other legal avenues have not been exhausted.
