Jordi Sànchez appeals to the Constitutional Court against the Supreme Court’s decision not to allow his investiture

Breaches:



The Supreme Court’s Criminal Chamber ratifies the decision by Pablo Llarena forbidding the the investiture of Jordi Sànchez scheduled for 13 April, either by setting him free, issuing a special permit or by remote means. Sànchez presents an appeal for protection on 3 July, which the Constitutional Courtadmits on 17 July.
