Jordi Sànchez reports Spain to the UN for the violation of his political rights

Breaches:

Sànchez, who has finally not given up his seat, is filing a lawsuit against Spain before the United Nations’ Human Rights Committee because he was prevented from attending his investiture as president of the Government of Catalonia, cancelling his candidacy. On 23 March, the Committee accepts the claim and requests that Spain adopt all the necessary precautionary measures so that Sànchez can exercise his political rights while the matter is assessed in depth.
