Justice forces the mayor of Torredembarra to hang the Spanish flag and remove the pro-independence flag from the Town Hall

Breaches:

The mayor of Torredembarra Eduard Rovira (ERC) removes the pro-independence flag from the Town Hall and hangs the Spanish flag there after the first administrative court of Tarragona forced him to do so, following an appeal by the Delegation of the Spanish government. The mayor also hung the Catalan flag under the Spanish flag, he claimed to proclaim the freedom of the CAtalan people and to show his rejection of this ‘subjugation.’ In addition, following an appeal from the State Attorney’s Office, another court, the second administrative court of Tarragona, obliges them to replace the passport photo of the King of Spain on the door of the plenary room and with a larger photo to be placed in a ‘visible location.’
