Breaches:
The arrest comes after Joan Coma (CUP) refused to testify at the National HIgh Court on24 October as an investigated party for an alleged crime of incitement to sedition for his demonstrations at the municipal plenary session defending the declaration of dissolution approved by the Parliament. The Mossos take him to Madrid and, after testifying before the National High Court, his passport is withdrawn and he is released on bail.
