Parliament approves a resolution to reiterate the objectives of the resolution on the start of the independence process

Breaches:

The Parliament of Catalonia approves with favourable votes from JxCat, ERC and CUP the resolution on the regulations of Parliament revoked by the Constitutional Court, that reiterates the objectives of the resolution on the start of the independence process for Catalonia, approved on 9 November 2015 and declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court ruling 259/2015. En Comú Podem votes against the reiteration of the objectives of the resolution but abstains or votes in favour of some other points. Ciudadanos, PSC and PP do not participate in the vote. The Bureau of Parliament had accepted the resolution on 26 June, despite warnings by the chamber’s lawyers against doing so.
