The court files the criminal case for cutting off the Coll d’Ares during the 8 November general strike

Breaches:

The First Examining Magistrate’s Court of Ripoll provisionally files the case against the five elected officials of the CUP and ERC Mariona Baraldés, Santi Llagostera, Carme Freixa, Núria Pérez and Roger Bosch. At the prosecutor’s request, the judge dismissed the crime of public disturbance for participating in the cutting off the Coll d’Ares road during the 8 November general strike. The Court refers the case to the subdelegation of the government in Girona to open disciplinary proceedings arguing that even though there was no violence towards people or material goods, the elected officials may have violated the Gag Law.
