The appeal submitted by the singer Pablo Hasél against the sentence of the National High Court is dismissed

The Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court dismisses the nullification appeal submitted by Hasél against the ruling of the National High Court and confirms the sentence of two years in prison for the crime of glorification of terrorism with the content of his songs. The Court considers that ‘the music is the wrapper, and what is criminally relevant are the lyrics of the songs that contain the message.’
