The Second Examining Magistrate’s Court of Tarragona dismisses the case against 39 people from the Camp de Tarragona region under investigation for an alleged crime against traffic safety for slow convoys and roadblocks on the A-27 and AP-7 during the 8 November general strike in Tarragona. The court finds no evidence of a crime, arguing that participating in a legal and announced strike does not meet the criteria for a crime against traffic safety as defined in the criminal code.
