Breaches:
The Civil Guard searches two offices of the weekly ‘El Vallenc’ looking for evidence that it is printing material for the referendum. The search sparked a grassroots mobilisation, and a large group of demonstrators gathers at the weekly’s entrance. The Civil Guard also searches Constantí’s printing press again. The preliminary proceedings of the Court of Tarragona which were behind these searches end up being added to the case of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 of Barcelona. After carrying out a series of investigations, the Court of Tarragona drops the case in December 2018.
