The Constitutional Court admits the appeals of the Spanish government against the Legal Transition Law

The Legal Transition Law is suspended. The plenary session of the Constitutional Court also agrees to hear the appeal of the Spanish government against some articles of the Law on the Tax Code of Catalonia, one of the ‘disconnection laws’ which should serve as the foundation for the Catalan Treasury, which is also suspended.
