The Constitutional Court again overturns Parliament’s resolutions on the monarchy and self-determination

Breaches:

The Constitutional Court overturns the resolutions passed by the Parliament of Catalonia on 25 July and 26 September that once again censured the monarchy and asserted Catalonia’s right to self-determination. These are, respectively, the fourth and fifth political resolutions passed by the 12th Parliament of Catalonia to be overturned by the court. The Constitutional Court also warns the president of the Government of Catalonia, Quim Torra; the members of the government; the president of Parliament, Roger Torrent; the members of the Bureau; and the secretary-general of possible criminal consequences if they act to comply with Parliament’s resolutions.
