The Constitutional Court annuls part of a law developed by the Catalan Treasury

Breaches:

The plenary session of the Constitutional Court declares some of the articles of the Catalan Tax Code law (Llei del Codi Tributari de Catalunya) to be unconstitutional on the grounds that they encroach on the competences of the State. It is one of the so-called ‘disconnection laws’ approved in Parliament by pro-independence parties in 2017, in this case as the basis for the Catalan Treasury in the framework of the process of independence.
