Breaches:
The National High Court has released four new people with charges and without precautionary measures, investigated for their involvement in a supposed terrorist organisation, in the framework of Operation Judas. The statements of CDR members Esther Garcia, Sonia Pascual, Rafael Joaquin Delgado and Queralt Casòliva were conducted virtually from the courts of Sabadell and Martorell. David Budria and Clara Borrero, the only two activists arrested on 23 September 2019 who did not go to prison, also testified on 21 July and will be released without precautionary measures.
