The Constitutional Court overturns the condemnation of Felipe VI for his conduct after the 1 October referendum passed by the Parliament of Catalonia

Breaches:

The motion that condemned Felipe VI, brought by Catalunya en Comú-Podem, was passed in the Parlament of Catalonia, with Catalunya en Comú-Podem, JxCat and ERC voting in favour, and the CUP abstaining. The Spanish Government challenged the motion before the Constitutional Court. It is the second political resolution passed by the 12th Parliament of Catalonia to be overturned by the court.
