Breaches:
The court confirms the sentence handed down by the National High Court that sentences Jaume Roura and Enric Stern to a 2,700 euro fine for the crime of lèse majesté following the burning of photos of the King in Plaça del Vi in Girona. The convicted parties appeal this ruling to the European Court of Human Rights.
