The Constitutional Court forbids calling the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Department of Foreign Affairs

Breaches:

The Constitutional Court nullifies the name of the Department of Foreign Affairsbecause it states that it mimics the same department of the State, potentially causing confusion and interfering with the execution of Spanish foreign policy, the exclusive competence of the State. The ruling also stipulates the terms in which the decree creating the Department must be interpreted in order to be considered constitutional.
