Breaches:
The former president of the Basque Parliament Juan María Atutxa and the former members of the Bureau, Gorka Knörr and Kontxi Bilbao, were convicted for disobedience by the Supreme Court for having refused to dissolve the parliamentary group Sozialista Abertzaleak. The European Court of Human Rights deems that their right to a fair trial was violated.
