The Constitutional Court nullifies some articles of the Foreign Affairs Law of the government of Catalonia

Breaches:



In addition to nullifying some articles, the court also fixes the interpretation of others. Among the nullified points is the recognition of the people’s right to decide, the promotion of bilateral relations and the reference to ‘public diplomacy’ by the government of Catalonia.
