The Constitutional Court dismisses the appeal against the Supreme Court ruling, which condemned them for a crime of disobedience for not having dissolved the Sozialista Abertzaleak parliamentary group. The convicted parties, Juan María Atutxa, Kontxi Bilbao and Gorka Knorr, are appealing the sentence to the European Court of Human Rights.
