Breaches:
The appeals of the former ministers of Labour and Interior respectively were the last to be pending. As happened with all appeals for protection (except for those of Mundó and Borràs, only convicted for disobedience), magistrates Juan Antonio Xiol and María Luisa Balaguer have made a private vote to distance themselves from the court’s decision. In this case, as in the case of Junqueras and Romeva, the dissenting vote of the recently appointed magistrate Ramon Sáez Valcárcel has been added to the list.
