The Constitutional Court suspends the declaration of independence

Breaches:



Just as Mariano Rajoy announced on the day of the declaration of independence, the Spanish government is asking the Constitutional Court to void the declaration of independence and the resolution on the constituent process through an enforcement of the ruling on the Referendum Law. The following day, the Constitutional Court accepts to consider the appeal and the resolutions are suspended.
