Breaches:
Following the exchange in communications between the President of the Government of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont and Spanish president Mariano Rajoy in an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Ministers, a proposal to apply Article 155 of the Constitution to suspend Catalonia’s autonomy is approved. This is sent to the Senate, where the Bureau admits it the same day to be voted on in the Plenary Session scheduled for 27 October.
