Breaches:
The Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 4 of Figueres had been prosecuting nearly 200 people for public disturbance in connection with the roadblocks, organised by Tsunami Democràtic, which took place on 11 and 12 November 2019 on the AP-7 at La Jonquera during the protests following the Supreme Court ruling. However, the court will continue to investigate a defendant accused of attacking authority and a Mossos d’Esquadra officer accused of causing injuries.
