Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia, as part of the case against the government for the organisation of the referendum, orders the closure of the website onvotar.garantiespelreferendum.cat, which provided information on where to vote on 1 October. The following day, it orders the closure of three more websites that also reported on voting points and authorises the Civil Guard to block other websites that are advertised in the official accounts of members of the government of Catalonia, where information is provided on how to access the blocked content.
