Breaches:
Arran calls for a demonstration called ‘Holi Festival’ to aim of which is to cover in coloured powder the demonstrators of Jusapol, a police union that has organised a rally to honour the police violence of 1 October. About 1,000 people responded to the Jusapol call, including C’s leaders. About 6,000 pro-independence demonstrators filled Plaça Sant Jaume in Barcelona. After the police charges by the Mossos d’Esquadra that culminated in 14 minor injuries, the police report a balance of 6 people arrested and one under investigation. As a result of this demonstration, Marcel Vivet will be sentenced and Adrià Catasús will be accused of the same actions.
