The judge provisionally shelves the complaint of the spokeswoman of La Forja filed on grounds of espionage in the pro-independence left, but the Court of Barcelona reopens the case

The Ninth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Barcelona shelves the complaint of the spokeswoman of La Forja, Lluna Berlanga, against the Mossos d’Esquadra and the CTTI, the Telecommunications Centre of the Catalan Government, for crimes of impersonation and disclosure of secrets to obtain inside information from within the organisation. The Alerta Solidària collective, which filed the accusation, appeals its shelving, and the Provincial Court of Barcelona orders that the investigation be reopened. On 22 July, the Third Examining Magistrate’s Court of Hospitalet de Llobregat accepts to process the complaint filed by La Forja presented within the framework of the same espionage plot.
