Breaches:
Marc Bosch, mayor of Dosrius (Maresme) and Eduard Garcia, town councillor, provide statements for a crime of serious disobedience and resistance during the 1 October referendum to the head of the Civil Guard in Sant Andreu de la Barca. Bosch had been injured during the police action at a school in the town and had presented, together with Garcia, a complaint to the Mossos d’Esquadra for the injuries they suffered during the police action at the 1 October referendum.
