Breaches:
After the Constitutional Court rejected the appeal for protection submitted by rapper Josep Valtònyc, the National High Court sentenced him to prison within ten days to serve the three and a half year sentence for the content of his songs. Ten days later, the rapper did not show up at any prison and there are reports that he has been out of Spain for days, specifically in Belgium. As a result, the following day, the National Court issued a national, international and European summons and search warrant.
