Breaches:
The website had been closed by order of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13, which is investigating several cases against the pro-independence movement. Eight agents conducted the search. The young man from Burjassot is charged with a crime of disobedience following a complaint filed by the Spanish police. As part of the same proceedings, a dozen people are summoned to testify at National Police stations in Barcelona, Girona and Tarragona on 25 September as they are being investigated for disobedience and for having made replicas of websites about the referendum.
