The Parliament of Catalonia approves a resolution asking that the Constitutional Court be renewed, its law be amended and it be declared incompetent to rule on the Statute

Breaches:



Through a resolution of the Parliament of Catalonia, President Montillaasks Zapatero and Rajoy to renew the four members of the Constitutional Court whose mandate expired in 2007 and therefore who have no jurisdiction over the Statute. The resolution is approved by the PSC, ERC, ICV and CiU and opposed by the PP and Ciudadanos.
