Breaches:
The bulk of the resolution is approved in the plenary session with the votes of the CiU, PSC, ERC, ICV – EUiA and Joan Laporta, although the PSC abstained on a couple of sections, except for the MP Ernest Maragall, who voted in favour. The PP abstained on most points and only voted against the section on Catalonia’s treasury. C’s and Solidaritat voted against the entire resolution.
