The Supreme Court nullifies several articles on the use of Catalan


The articles were included in a decree on the second cycle of early childhood education approved by the Government of the Catalonia in 2008. The articles nullified by the Supreme Court include the one which states that ‘Catalan, as Catalonia’s own language, must be used as the usual language of instruction.’
