The pro-independence leaders regain their third degree status, only for it to be taken away again shortly after

Breaches:

The Catalan Government has once again agreed to grant the third degree status to the prisoners in the 1 October referendum case. The third degree will allow them to participate in the Catalan Parliamentary elections campaign on 14 February. The Prosecutor’s Office appealed the decision once again the day after the elections, but this time the judges did not suspend the third degree while they were resolving the appeal. However, on 9 March, the corresponding court for Junqueras, Romeva, Turull, Forn, Rull, Sànchez and Cuixart is set to revoke their third degree status and they will be forced to return to prison. The same thing will happen on 6 April to Bassa and Forcadell respectively.
