Breaches:
The court dismisses the appeal presented by the Prosecutor’s Office against the sentence of the Criminal Court no. 25 of Barcelona that acquitted CDR activist Tamara Carrasco of the crime of incitement to public disturbance. On 13 September, the Prosecutor’s Office will once again appeal against the acquittal before the Supreme Court, a rarely seen occurrence.
