Breaches:
The Prosecutor’s Office brings a complaint before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia accusing Bernat Solé, mayor ofAgramunt and an ERC member of Parliament, of an alleged crime of disobedience for actively participating in the organisation of the 1 October referendum in Agramunt. The case against Solé is initiated following instructions issued by Spanish Prosecutor-General José Manuel Maza against the 712 mayors who supported the referendum. The High Court of Justice of Catalonia accepts the complaint and summons Solé to testify on 4 June.
