Breaches:
The Prosecutor’s Office files a complaint to the National High Court against Honourable President Carles Puigdemont and the other members of the Government of the Catalonia (Oriol Junqueras, Joaquim Forn, Jordi Turull, Raül Romeva, Clara Ponsatí, Josep Rull, Antoni Comín, Dolors Bassa, Meritxell Borràs, Lluís Puig, Carles Mundó and Meritxell Serret) for crimes of rebellion, sedition and embezzlement. The complaint is also directed against Santi Vila, who resigned before the declaration of independence.
