According to the prosecution authorities, Hasél is charged with ‘multiple criminal acts’ and describes him as a ‘persistent offender’ for the crime of glorification of terrorism in his songs. For this reason, and despite the fact that Ponent prison emphasises his good behaviour, the prosecution requests that the pardon be denied.
