The Prosecutor’s Office of the National High Court submits a complaint against the singer Pablo Hasél

Breaches:

They denounce Hasél for alleged crimes of glorification of terrorism and slander against the Crown and State security forces and corps in about fifteen messages on Twitter. This is the third complaint he has received for the content of his messages or his songs, after the case of ’Menti-Ros’ and the lyrics with which he is accused of glorifying terrorism. The Fifth Central Examining Magistrate’s Court of the National High Court summons him to testify on 1 September as the investigated party. Hasél acknowledges his authorship of the tweets and the court declares that he must appears in court weekly, but it denies the request to withdraw his passport that the Prosecutor’s Office had requested.
